I heartily agree. The width of the lapels are perfect in that they are equal to those on the coat (a rule that should also, in my opinion, also applie to neckties). Few things add an additional touch of distinction to an outfit like a "collared waistcoat", either in a matching or contrasting color/pattern, especially so with Highland daywear. It's one of my favorite kilted looks. Well Done.
