These are extremely easy to make, for very little cost, probably less than 10 pounds.
You probably need only a yard of trim for jabot and cuffs both.
I made a set many years ago (around 1982) for the brief time I owned a Montrose.
There's the three-tier style, three short lengths of trim sewn onto a small piece of backing fabric
Then there's the style where you use one long length of trim and sew it onto the backing fabric in a zigzag pattern, like the letter S more or less. This requires you to hem only two ends rather than six.
