I am not sure. But I am Leaving on a Jet Plane -- Peter, Paul, and Mary (1967) (Though written and recorded by Henry John Deutschendorf, Jr. in 1966)
So, where would Henry John Duetschendorf, Jr. be going on that jet plane?

and, Come Monday -- Jimmy Buffet (1974)
We have a one-sie, a two-sie, anyone for a three-sie?

Actually, Tarheel, "sie" does count. It is German for "she" (third person singular). Though it can be "You" singular formal too. So, anyway, how about She's a Lady -- Tom Jones (1971)
What should I do if I cannot find a lady to love?
