Thanks for your comments on this. I am very happy I ordered from USA kilts. I had read that Rocky was great to do business with, and it is true. Just yesterday when I placed my order, he called me back to double check on my measurments. He also will send my vest early and contacted the tailor in Glasgow to see if they have my jacket, so I may even get that by the time of my gig in April. I don't even have my kilt yet, but Rocky has made a loyal customer.
