5.11 Tactikilt is back!
I just thought I'd let everyone know that the 5.11 tactical duty kilt is back! I know they go fast, so I've already ordered 2 myself!

'Own five 5.11 Tactical Duty Kilts and recommend them.
Great quality and durability for the price, definitely "casual" wear, tho in theory one could dress a solid colour 5.11 TDK up. The wealth of pockets makes a sporran superfluous, though a casual one emphasizes the garment is a kilt.
Fave story wearing a 5.11 TDK; summer afternoon at the auto parts store, otherwise clad for "not-office type work," a rear-window wiper arm and blade in hand. A 70s-something lady said, not quietly, "Look, Trevvor, that man is wearing a dress!"
The late-20s-something man with her said, "It's a kilt, Grandma." Grandma was wearing blue jeans.

Aye, so excited that they're back as well! I bought 4 more myself. All solids. I love wearing them to work, around town, everywhere! They dress up pretty well too. The slant pockets are excellent!!!
Question : Anyone ever wear one while travelling in Scotland? I wear them all the time in the US, but......
Thanks!

Thanks for posting this. I just added a grey to the stable.

The Multicam came yesterday. The construction and security is impressive. The non spoken reactions have been good as I've already been out and about with it.
I fear the day that technology will surpass our human interaction. The world will have a generation of idiots. Einstein (maybe)

I bought two to wear exclusively for work. My "camo" kilt has already. .......changed a boiler, ripped up a deck, demo a bathroom, plumbing, electrical, spackle and carpentry. Other than dirt there is not a mark on it.

I missed the previous iterations, but I got the black and TD Green this time. Brings my kilt total to 14, 5 of which are solid color, 9 tartan.

Just my 2¢ worth.

I recently got a grey TDK. I'm finding that it has less taper and a tighter fit in the hips than the rest of my kilts.
Still, I like the fabric and the quality of construction.

That makes at least two of us. The grey one I purchased this year seems a lot more fitted than the green one from last year. I know I haven't been especially active during the winter, but I didn't think I'd been that bad.
