    It's hard getting old

We had the geand children down for a week. It was alot of fun but man I was tired out. I don't remember toddlers weighing 200 pounds. We went to the zoo a lake beach. Click image for larger version.

When it comes to the grand kids, there is a reward to getting old. I know you'll agree, I've seen that "look" in your "proud GrandPa" eyes. I enjoy every time you post photos of your outings.

Had to look close to see you on shorts in the lake. At first I thought I had found the 200 pounds you spoke of. Those bending and stooping muscles tend to get out of shape too once the kids grow up. Great looking munch!

Pants is only a present tense verb here. I once panted, but it's all cool now.

Yea we really did. They brought the dinosaur kilts my wife and I made for them but I didn't get any shots of them in them this time.

Part of the way to survive as a grandparent is to have a couple of strong sons still at home who can throw them around once it's time for grandpa to sit down

That is actually my son who goes to college and is at home. My son who just graduated High school and is doing strong man competition was also very handy in spelling grandpa. I kilted up for most of our excursions but only got a picture at the zoo. (my wife tends to cut off my legs. I don't know why I have such nice looking legs)
