Chunky knit long wool socks source?

I am looking for a supplier for the kind of socks the same or similar to those that are supplied with 21st Century Kilts in Edinburgh. I have attached a screenshot below (I took care to omit their branded kilt pin or any other branding images - it's just that type of socks I'm after, not their socks).

    Thanks for any clues,
    Michael

I could be wrong but those just look like regular wool kilt hose pushed down and being sold as something special. You can pick up wool hose like that anywhere. All of the vendors listed above on the website or even Amazon.

To be fair to the sponsors, I checked their sites first. I found many, many kilt hose. The difference was the elaborate patterns at the top of kilt hose, whereas those pictured had a simple vertical ribbing design. I don't think they're necessarily promoting them as something else, because they are not selling them - they supply them with a new kilt.

Most chunky knit socks I found were either too short, or like thermal hiking/explorer socks, not knitted wool-rich blend.

    I shall search some more...

Freedom kilts. Roger that. I will be right there.

Edit: I had a look, and they don't look all that thick - I can see the manikin through them. That is not a criticism, it is just that I am looking for long and thick socks. I can find long (normal thickness) and thick (normal height), but not both. I wear hose with brogues and other shoes, but for boots I need thick socks which also happen to be long when wearing a casual/contemporary kilt.

Sorry, You will not find these on the Freedom Kilts website. They are custom made one pair at a time to each customer's exact specifications.

These ought to be thick enough...

I've gotten a couple of pair of hand knit hose from USA Kilts and can attest that they are indeed "chunky":
