Where is Hammish?

I haven't been on as much as I would like, but I am just wondering if Hammish is still around. One time I hadn't seen his posts for awhile and I was just wondering how he's doing.

I can't answer the question at hand but I know he lives on in the kick and swish of all kilties. I also await word of the legend.

It appears his last forum visit was on my birthday.... July 26, back in 2014.

Has anyone spoken with him? I recall some possible health concerns but may be incorrect in that assumption.

Yes Hamish has been very ill and hasn't been able to attend the Harpenden Highland Games for three or four years now. Unfortunately I can't give you any more information. The Harpenden Lions Club may be able to help.

While I'm sure Hammish would be happy to know that he is missed on this forum, lets please respect his privacy. Especially if he is not well.

Folks,

I'm certain that Hamish appreciates the good thoughts and well wishes. I do know that he does does peek in occasionally to XMTS and is happy the forum is thriving and so many old friends and new members are still interested in the kilt and highland finery. That said, I think he truly would appreciate not being bothered too much.

Being a gentleman of a certain age deserves a certain amount of respect and privacy after all.
