For today's Kilted Friday, I strapped on my Sanderson @Tartan Hiker Kingussie in Scottish Wild Cat tartan. So far a quiet day in the office. May it continue!
Who else is kilted up, today?
epilogue: A number of encounters with residents and contractors. All familiar with my KFs, not a discouraging word could be heard.

Hello! As seen here, I'm wearing a 13oz five-yard style wool kilt from USA Kilts. County Donegal crest. The weather is supposed to be near 80F here today. I'm also wearing a lovely sporran from Donnie Hailey, Wyvern Leather Works and a DeLorean belt buckle from some lads in Pittsburgh -- I had it made for "Back to the Future Day" last year.

Well, it's the maiden voyage, so to speak, for Kilted Fridays in my USA Kilts Irish National Tartan Casual Kilt and hose/flashes, along with a great leather sporran from Eagle & Fox. The suit jacket works well with the outfit, but I'll have to wait until I can perform my tweed jacket conversion for something proper.
What a great reinterpretation of the whole 'casual Friday'!

Like a kid at Christmas...
Today is a different kind of Kilted Friday for me, my 5 yard wool kilt from USA Kilts is currently "out for delivery"! I'll be leaving work early today so I can meet the mail man at the door.

As Mrs. Liam and I do every Friday, we will be visiting a dear 94 year old friend, our childrens' "adopted" Grandmother. She lives in a senior residence and her fellow "inmates" as she likes to refer to them enjoy seeing which kilt I will appear in.
Happy kilted Friday to all!

Great turn out. Try to imagine a gold vest with that ensemble. Just a thought.

Thanks for the suggestion, I love the Irish 'saffron'/gold color and a vest would look great!
PS. I'm assuming your not implying a gold lame color

I was thinking darker and less shiny. Unless you're cast in a Broadway show, I'd stick with enhancing the kilt and not blinding the crowd. You did catch me off guard and brought a smile that my wife understood!

It was a beautiful day here, but no photos. Heck, I didn't get any of me at the wedding last Friday either, although I did receive many nice comments.

Kilted Friday at the Great American Beer Festival in my Leatherneck Tartan with day sporran and matching flashes.
15k attendees, 700 breweries, 3800 beers, and a pipes and drums band.
