He was off to a presentation to prospective students, and he did have a couple of bags with him, I think that is where his PC was. I understand why he was wearing the Columbia jacket as it was still a bit chilly yesterday.

With the frequency with which Glen wears a kilt and in a city like Toronto (lots of events and occasions that warrant a kilt), it changes the odds a bit.
