    Whisky Galore

Spotted this on Facebook, a modern interpretation of Whisky Galore is about to be released in the UK.
If you are going to do it, do it in a kilt!

I remember the original with great fondness. I am wondering when or even if it will make here in the states. I sure hope so.

I have seen the original and I saw this picture about 6 weeks ago. Everybody has different tastes, but I really enjoyed it. The only thing that I found disturbing was that the outdoor rural scenes where very green, plenty of lush grass, not at all like the Hebrides, or to be more exact, Eriskay where the original Politician ran aground. It did not take long to work out though that it was filmed in the North East probably around Banffshire.
