Footwear with a mini/Billie kilt ?

My wife typically wears flats, sandals or shoes with a low heel because she doesn't like high-heels.

I like wearing black leggings with mine, but with ankle boots or knee high ones. I don't have the legs to go bare !! ;)

My wife wears tights and leggings with her skirts as well; boots, too.

Coming in late here...

With my utility kilt I wear full or footless tights and knee high low heeled boot, ankle high work boot style, or black over the ankle with several buckle "combat" style boots. With my kilted skirts I wear the knee high boots, mary janes, or sandals depending on the weather and where I am going
