Rarely quicker at rush hour. Easier if name and address in the directions post. I know the back ways and have been there. He doesn't. If we're still talking Limerick three pages later, I can get there in somewhat similar time as TMac. Probably. Might even make a bluegrass jam after. My effort was to make it easy on our guest. 5:00, 5:15? Limerick Junction, near Blind Willie's?

Sam, IIRC, he's headed home tomorrow.

Johnnie MacCracken's was even further out in Marietta.
We always seem to take suggestions and yet end up at TacoMac in Sandy Springs. If it wasn't for kilt-con I dare say we would have ended up there yet again.
Heading up 285 North for most of us around 5-6pm is no joy and far from central to the point that several folks who wanted to partake in the group do not even bother showing up.

We have met at The Tavern in Conyers, downtown at Red Brick Brewing, and also at Monday Night Brewing.

In addition, we have met at Meehan's, The Pub, and Five Seasons Brewing.

I have not been told that people are not coming out because driving to the north side is too far, but that is possible. The most common reason I'm told that people can't make it is that weekdays are difficult to do.

We'll hope to see you soon, wherever we wind up. NTaker has had the worst; he's coming from outside the perimeter below I-20. Brutal.

Reading the directions in post 29, I saw they did not lead to The Highlander, though you have no way of knowing that. They lead to
Limerick Junction, an Irish pub at 822 N.Highland Avenue. Directions are pretty accurate, most relevant is that @Joe Sixpack
left you his phone number in post 29, and will help guide you in. Call him as you get closer in. Where you normally get off I-20, come straight on into town,
hopefully with directions in front of you. Call him when you see Atlanta University exits (Morehouse, Spelman, AU), to confer with him on route specifics based on current traffic. Oh, should include @GrainReaper to ensure notification.
