    Hey Guys,

Sorry to jump on this late... Kelly and I are still moving the shop and trying to get things in SOME assemblance of order.

As I stated earlier in this thread, we ARE trying to get the materials listed on the site. I've emailed our web guy with an excel sheet of tartans and the materials they're made from. If you don't want to call me at the shop, you can either email me with your questions (rocky@usakilts.com) or with your phone number and I'd be glad to call you at any time. I can also email you the same excel sheet I emailed our web guy.

The main reason they're not all listed yet is b/c we're changing the format of the site... we're putting the tartan pics ON the kilt pages so it's less confusing. When they're all up how we want them, we'll have the materials listed. We just didn't want to double up the work.

Thank you everyone for defending me... it's very much appreciated. In Longforgan's defense, we are a web company and should have all that info up. We're getting there, but it's a process and Kelly and I are working as fast as we can. However... we will NEVER become a "strictly web" company where customers can't reach us either in PERSON or on the phone. That makes it too cold and inpersonal. Also, it's difficult to deal with when you NEED to speak to someone and all you get are "general response" emails and crappy FAQ lists (you know YOUR questions are never answered on one of those things ).

I made a phone call and spoke to Kelly. I have a fairly bad stuttering problem, especially when I am excited and nervous... And let me tell you, I know a little something about phone service. I am unusually sensitive to things like phone service because of my stuttering problem. (Most likely caused by one to many blows to the head) I was put perfectly at ease... Which is not something I can say about a vast majority of my phone calls.

Just thought I would chime in. Calling Rocky and Kelly is certainly not a problem. In this case, it was better then email. I had a better idea of what sort of folk I was doing business with, which is important to me.
