Have you wanted see or give give Scotland's Oldest Team Sport a try? Modern Shinty is different from what you would have seen on "Outlander, and yes it does have rules and is a cousin to Irish Hurling.
We will be resuming our weekly Shinty aka Camanachd sessions, Saturday mornings in Alameda, California, starting 16 September at 10:30am.
Beginners of all ages and all levels of fitness are welcome, loaner equipment will be available.
We will head out for beer and food afterwards.
