It appears to be the Oklahoma State Tartan
Something close in colours is not entirely the same since tartan is defined by the sett and not the colours - the sett being the threads counts that make the tartan 'pattern'. Presuming the RAF tartan is significant, something close won't be. You may be better off finding a tartan that holds some significance for another reason or choose one of the tartans known as "universal".
