Help required please

Last week, my organisation here in Phoenix, Arizona were donated a military Black Watch kilt and Black Watch leather Sporran. We are trying to get some information about the kilt. The person who donated the kilt had no info about it.
The Kilt was made by Scott Aldie, London W1.

There is a name on the kilt written in ink Donnelly. I have contacted The Black Watch Museum in Perth, but they cannot find anything.

Has anyone else heard of Scott Aldie in London.
