Thank you! I ordered from the site with an 'S.'

The feedback I saw on FB was generally positive, so it leaves me wondering if I'm being overly impatient. I don't *think* I am, but I know I'm not always the best judge of such things.

When "The Jones" is on, none of us is patient.

It's been a while, but I ordered several things from glengarryhats.com (with the "s"). Customer service was phenomenal. Their Balmorals and Caubeens are not as thick a material as my Robert Mackie Balmorals but they're not as expensive and on a hot day the lighter weight can be a real advantage. Be patient, but if it you really become concerned email them. They were very responsive when I had a problem and they took care of the problem immediately with no question.

I bought my black caubeen from them a few years ago. It's good quality with a quilted satin lining. I do not recall waiting an extended period, however.

The company with the plural "S" on the end is located in Canada. The company without the S is one of the knockoff Pakistani companies. They are one of those who use the Canadian companies photos.

Ian of Glengarryhats.com is a member here and I have sent him any email letting him know that someone has a question. Ian is a one man shop and as I have not heard back from him, it is possible that he is out of town or possible is awaiting a shipment from his supplier.

I have always had very good service from Ian of Glengarryhats. With the "S". I carry his products in my shop.

Thank you for that. I appreciate it very much, as the delay I'm seeing doesn't seem to be in character based on the reports I see from everyone.
