    It Has Been Cold

The last couple of days it has been a wee bit cold here. So I just bundled up and went to the coffee shop as usual. When a bifurcated friend came up to me and said you guys who wear kilts are just tough. I'll go with that.

I believe Gman, you can rely, "We ain't scared either!" but, you can't use the word frayed instead of scared, the apron provides a conflicting message.

    Well it's even colder here.
The British have been having a spot of bother with some of the siberian cold we sent them nicely packed and with some wind to back it up.

Usual thing, kids come up to me in the street and ask aren't you cold?
NO, I'm warm as toast and you, my answer...

Then again, in the UK they are saying it's life threatening and all the schools have closed..

(Nice to see at least one in Yorkshire is wearing the right kind of thing to show how much tosh is coming from London)...

    wee bit cold?

Living over on the Ontario/Quebec border this past winter has been brutal. Weeks of -25C weather. Still kilted everyday, though, regardless! Lately we've been having balmy -1 days, and that's been nice. Can't wait for some spring weather so I can go hiking without a coat!
