During the past several days I have been thinking about this over and over, and even though I love the jacket, as you have taught me since I have come on this board, keep it simple and conservative, and that is the best way to go. Well you have convinced me and I thank you so much, and I have chosen not to cross that line. So I am going in a better direction, I believe you will like the choice above better. I do. FYI the match waistcoat is of the same material and very standard. Again thanks
I really think you will be quite happy with your revised thoughts on your daywear jacket and waist coat........ If you are still asking for thoughts or opinions,......I especially like the colour of the jacket in the first photo and also like the colour and stripe in the waist coat........ I wonder if the lapels on the waist coat might be a bit bulky under the tweed jacket. I'm thinking if the jacket was of a lighter material other than tweed it might not be or look too bulky at all. Just my thoughts though. Having said that I like the look of the lapels and I'm sure if you were to take the jacket off, the waist coat with lapels would look quite smart ...........I'm looking forward to the photos you will post when the jacket and waist coat are delivered to you........cheers
