Thanks for the heads-up!
There are a number of American* tartans, unfortunately that one is probably my least favourite.
It's very difficult to produce an attractive tartan when you've limited yourself to a colour-scheme that comes from outside of the world of tartans.
I've tried it, with the tartan generating programs available. It's easy to come up with a decent computer graphic, it's difficult to come up with something that will become attractive cloth when woven. Red, white, and blue is tough.
One solution is to use a neutral ground to place the flag-colours upon and that's what this tartan did; it's one of my favourite "American" tartans

though I like this one best of all

BTW Kilts4Less sells both Scottish-made and Pakistani-made goods, and sometimes their Ebay auctions are less than clear.
I've seen them sell Scottish-made handsewn traditional kilts made from quality UK cloth, and I've seen them sell Pakistani-made low quality machine-made kilts from poor thin flimsy Pakistani cloth. I know all too well about the latter: I bought one.
* I apologise for using that inexact term (Peru and the USA are equally American).
