Friday night after work I was enjoying a couple of pints with the boys and at the next table there were four young ladies also having some after work drinks. I got up to get my second pint and as I was getting back into the booth I was hearing comments like "He's so big... I don't think I could handle him myself" and "If three of us hold him down, the fourth can see what's under there." I didn't acknowledge hearing this, though I think I was meant to hear it. Had my second pint, shook hands with the boys, and started off for my car. Well wouldn't you know it, all four ladies were just smiling at me and one in particular was giving the long lingering "come hither" look. I just smiled and told them to have a nice evening and then went home to my wife.
Saturday I was Christmas shopping and a woman old enough to easily be my mother stops me, tells me it looks great, and then having broken the ice starts telling me I'm sexy. With that I tried politely breaking off the impromptu conversation before I became the victim of an involuntary kilt check.
This morning on the way into the office I stopped for breakfast at the local Wawa (convenience store). One of the clerks there, a pretty young lass, always seems happy to see me. But on the way out another lady stopped, took off her shades, looked me up and down, and purred like a lioness. Then she looks at me and says "I like."
If I were in college I would write a paper on this phenomenon and get it out there in the open. There is definitely a kilt fetish among some women. It makes them behave like wild animals in heat. The first time it happened to me I wasn't ready for it. I can't imagine what a sharper dressed man like Hamish must endure.
