A) False. Could be true, depending upon the quantity & poor quality of the single malt one had.

A) Decline to state. What is a perfectly acceptable gesture in one country, could get one last rites in another.

A) True or False. Depends upon the preparer. I've known people claiming to be vegans, that ate fish.

My stab is that they are all false or unprovable. Local legends or perhaps tourist board myths.
