If the 'guins are a no go, I am surprised that a Steelers jersey is tolerated!

Heck, I thought everybody outside of Cleveland loved the Steelers!

As for the Steelers jersey in Philly... we'll see after next Sunday whether it's okay or not.

    Update on the traditional kilt:

Due to time restraints, I've had to machine stitch too much of it for it to be called a traditional kilt. It's more like a very heavy 9 yd, 16oz Formal Cut.

On the positive side, I have found the excellent traditional kiltmaker for whom I have been searching. She was the first person to contact me 2 years ago and welcome me into the world of kiltmaking.

I should soon be offering the highest grade of traditional wool kilts. I've seen pics of her work in various tartans and can testify to her talent. If I remember correctly, she does something like 3000 blind stitches by hand just on the pleats!

I've been trying to find her again after I lost all my e-mails several months ago.

I'm quite relieved to find her and overjoyed that she is interested in making Traditional Bear Kilts!

    Today was a good day.

Okay then... let's just call them a Formal BearKilt. That's more correct anyway. With the quality of your work, my friend, you can call them whatever in the h_ll you want.

As for getting a trained "Traditional Kiltmaker", you sir are SOOOOO lucky! They're hard to come by over here!! I can only wish you speed in tracking her down!

Atleast you understand the terminology and respect.
