“Military spec” reenactment version, not museum version

    It is not.

Just a heads-up in case anyone was looking for an accurate military kilt, this isn't it.

. I have 3 government issue Black Watch kilts, 2 RRS and an Argyle and Sutherland. I’ve never seen one with double bar harness buckles, like this one. Is that common? This guy, WPG, caters to the re-enactment crowd. His stuff looks great, but it’s not mil-spec, if you look closely. If you look at the seller’s off eBay website, you’ll find he normally sells these for $195.00USD. Seems odd he’s trying to blow this one out on eBay, for barely 1/4 of that.

The forest was shrinking, yet the trees kept voting for the axe, because it's handle was made of wood, and they thought it was one of them.

With the re-enacting folks the devil is in the details, and they want everything just right.

This kilt wouldn't do, it's too "farby" in their lingo.
