Atlanta guys, we need to get together for a pint when I get home from Scotland.
It's an awesome place to go.

Scotland awesome, London OK, Paris sucks and I have no use for it. Plus this is getting on the long side of a family vacation and as there is such thing as too much togetherness I'm starting to get a bit punchy. So ready to get home.

I look foreward to hearing about your exploits and impressions, particularly the UK part.

Paris is having a hard time lately. With the Notre Dame fire, some guy's "Spiderman" climb shutting the Eiffel Tower for several hours, and now the Louvre shutting down in a labor dispute, many of the top attractions are not easy to visit at the moment.
My sister did a trip to London, Edinburgh, and Paris a couple of summers ago and her view was pretty similar to yours. She really enjoyed London and loved Edinburgh, but felt like Paris was a bit overrated.

I'm back and here in Atlanta every Tuesday and Wednesday, sometimes Thursdays.

Wednesdays are alright for me. Anything around the Perimeter from Dunwoody to Galleria is accessible on weekdays.

I can do almost any day with advance planning! Although the next week or 2 is up in the air for me. Family member has a very bad health situation right now.

I was starting to wonder if someone had emigrated to Scotland and just wasn't gonna tell us. Or maybe was being refused exit until the bar
tab was settled. ![Very Happy](http://www.xmarksthescot.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif)
Wednesdays, as always, I have to be in Tucker by six to host bluegrass. Thursdays, back to Tucker for farmers market, but could maybe make it late.
Considering I-285, that might mean out of the market by 4:45, Perimeter Mall by 9:15. Other afternoons, probably. But at least now you know
Wednesdays and Thursdays would be safe.
