I did see your bit on CBC, well done! Good plug for Bear as well. Not many get to Plug on CBC.
As for the avatar you should be able to get it up and running in your personnal profile, I think it is at the very bottom of the list. Make sure you shrink it all down to the right size and it should all work out.
