    Thanks for the info. I am sure I have it written down somewhere. Most people that ask won't know if give the wrong answer or not, but I do try. It's easier when I wear my solid colored kilts, they are all Utilikilts.

    I have many times seen Black Watch-esque fashion tartans that have the "double track motif" simplified in some way.

    They don't alternate, every blue square having the same arrangement of black lines, whatever that arrangement happens to be.

    But yes I think I too see the full Black Watch arrangement of black lines in the blue there, now that I've looked at it more.
