Not Friday, but getting ready for bar-b-que for the Labor Day holiday in the US. I am afraid its a bit wrinkled, as i just got out of the car running errands at the grocery store, and its my only PV kilt. But still happy to have it on.

River Valley walk
While out testing the App for the Edmonton Commonwealth Walkway this past Friday (6 Sep), was casually attired for a good hike. Many compliments along the way. Some of the team took a few pics, but I've not seen them yet.

I'll see if I can get a colleague to take a photo later. I'm participating this week with a dark red button-up shirt with a subtle black and dusty rose check pattern, Armstrong ancient kilt, brown leather day sporran with tassels, black two-post Carhartt-style belt, burgundy hose, modern green flashes, and black Oxford shoes.

Wore my 16 oz, 8-yard style MM wool kilt from Troy today. Palladium boots with athletic socks and cut-off hose ala Howie Nicholsby. Sporran from Donnie at Wyvern Leatherworks.

Do you know if this path is pet friendly? Couldn't find an answer on the web site. There are a few good paths North of Edmonton but i'm always concerned some one might mistake my dog for a coyote and take a shot at her (outside of Redwater it's kind of a shoot first ask questions later atmosphere). Much less likely in the City.
Thanks much
Jacques

Jacques, it most certainly is as it runs through the heart of Edmonton along the River. I don’t think any of the real coyotes have had that problem.
Download the app for a unique experience. There is a walkway app for Banff also.

While I sadly work in a place where I can't be kilted on Fridays, I may just start wearing it around about town Fridays if I am off work.

Kilted Friday at my workplace
Going out to dinner and shopping with my lady this evening but for now I'm at work.
Both the hose and shirt are burgundy but they show up black in the bad lighting. The flashes are modern green.
