Nice shoes. I think they'd dress up a kilt very well. The rest is a matter of hose, flashes or none, shirt, tie or none, jacket, sporran -- getting it all to look good together.

My look tends towards casual, so I'll leave the details of formal style to the snazzy dressers of our group.
