As the Pipe Major you'll be under the microscope! The rest of the Pipe Corps just hears you. It's basically like a dozen one-on-one practice chanter sessions all happening at the same time.
I feel it's perfect for the PM to clearly communicate to each piper exactly how everything is supposed to sound.
The bad part is that you can't hear if anybody is doing things wrong, everybody but the PM is muted. I guess each piper could unmute themselves one at a time, but then you'll have the delay thing.
