ITD a common enough theme of baby fashion designers putting men in women’s clothing. It pushes the envelope and hopefully gets them noticed.
It doesn’t usually translate into anything that anyone would pay for and wear. Here we have some chump who has wasted his money. Good for him. I’m pretty sure it won’t catch on.
The 'Eathen in his idleness bows down to wood and stone,
'E don't obey no orders unless they is his own,
He keeps his side arms awful,
And he leaves them all about,
Until up comes the Regiment and kicks the 'Eathen out.
