Portland kilt night (Oregon, that is)?

Zeytoun and I met for the first of what I hope will be many Portland Kilt Nights. It was a somewhat quiet but entertaining evening, and we did manage to talk about all the things people are not supposed to talk about. Politics, religion, etc. I think we are in agreement that we need to go North and learn how to do Kilt Nights from the masters in Vancouver, so we'll both be there in September.

It was a really enjoyable evening, even though only two of us were able to make it. The Horsebrass pub was very cool, and busy even though it was Tuesday. They've got a very nice beer selection, and the Scotch egg was really good... Naturally, our future kilt nights will probably be on a Friday or Saturday. Planning/looking forward to joining you all up in Vancouver this September.
