if you go to the official scottish register of tartans website and input any information you have like the colors that are in the kilt/tartan for example, then you would be more likely to find any information on your genealogy or the tartan in general https://www.tartanregister.gov.uk/search

It's Hay & Leith (two different families joined through marriage and so use for either). This is the version that first appeared c1880 and is a simiplified version of the older pattern.
