My wife is a big fan of Loreena McKennitt, who, though Canadian, uses a lot of Celtic themes and motifs in her music. We have a Pandora station called "Loreena McKennitt - Holiday" that plays a good variety of Celtic-inspired and more modern standard/traditional Christmas music. Great background music, especially since my years of retail mean I only begrudgingly tolerate most of the Christmas music on the radio and in all the stores right now.

Nearly all the "Celtic Christmas" albums I've seen are the same popular ordinary tunes we hear every Christmas, just played on "Celtic" instruments (often including instruments with have nothing to do with any so-called Celtic Nation, like the Appalachian dulcimer, which was brought to Pennsylvania by German immigrants and spread southward into Appalachia).
Last weekend I played a short medley on uilleann pipes at a Celtic Christmas concert put on by a local Highland Pipe Band, my tunes were:
-The Cherry Tree Carol
-Searching For Lambs
-The Wexford Carol
The rest of the concert consisted of Christmas standards on Highland pipes and Pipe Organ.
