Your Help ID'ing Pastor's Tartan, Please.
Our assistant pastor asked if I would try to identify this tartan.
His name is Tompkins, but I looked at the Scottish Register of Tartans under Tompkins and saw nothing like this. He would appreciate your help very much. I would appreciate your help even more.
Thank you very much for considering my request. Sincerely yours,
Paul

My first guess was also Flower of Scotland, but upon closer inspection, I believe your tartan in question is Gunn in "ancient" colors; due to the red stripe pivoting in the green field and not the blue.

I believe that this is Barkley as the red is within the green band.

The Gunn Tartan SRT 1560 has distinct spaces between the black and the blue stripes.

I think you are exactly correct on the distinction, but I think the space is there, just barely visible in the OPs photo….which appears to be a version of Locharrons image of Gunn ancient.

It's definitely Gunn in OC. The finer green lines at the edge of the blue are only just visible but there they are.
