    I have blue in my tartan----MacLeod of Harris---but it is "watered down" by other colours. But a large dollop of blue in jacket form would just overdo the blue.

    I too am not implying that it doesn't fit, in the sense that it is an out of place or illegitimate colour. I'm simply saying that in choosing between the landscape palettes the brighter, solid, true blues loose to the greens every time in preference. I'm sorry if you misunderstood me, or I wasn't clear.
    As for greys, LOL, my grey alpaca is always the winner in several seasons of 'spot the alpaca in the field'. Sometimes he can be standing right in front of you and you don't notice him, great neutral.
