Greetings from LA
Hello all, I go by Rob. Looking forward to meeting, learning, and getting to know you. I came the way of one who thought they were french, but alas, non. I am mostly Scottish/Irish(79% and Northern Italian17%). I am investigating further to see if I can see what clan(s) I may be from. Watson is a possibility, so is Stewart. I did get my first kilt on Amazon already along with a few accessories. Good quality wool. I also found out there is a Celtic festival here in September I plan to goto. By then I hope to have more info and details on geneology, culture, etc.
Slàinte Mhath!

I do have to ask, LA (Louisiana) or LA (Los Angeles)?
It's one of those things like CA which caused confusion when a California pipe band played at contests in Scotland and were announced as being a Canadian band.
If you're in Southern California, our biggest Highland Games is this weekend, Saturday and Sunday.
Everyone in the local Scottish community is really looking forward to the first Costa Mesa Highland Games since 2019.
