    Cottaging

    "Note: In USA, we go on vacation. In Canada, they go cottaging. Cottaging has a different meaning in UK."

    I think it must depend where in Canada you are. I have never heard of the expression.

    Thanks so much for sharing those photos!

    It's been a long time since I've been to Grandfather Mountain. My mother used to live in Elizabethton (near Johnson City) and on my annual visits I'd pop over for a day at the Games. That would have been in the 1980s.

    Appalachia I like your style.
