    To be honest she doesn’t mind that it’s not made in Scotland, the thread is about if anyone has used them at all and their experience.

    What Scottish makers would you use to get something like this?

    There is a member of the Clan Maxwell Society, who had a very similar dress made in Maxwell muted hunting tartan. I have contacted her, asking for information about the maker. I’ll let you know what she says.

    I heard back from my friend, and she said that Victor Scott Kiltmakers in Edinburgh made the dress from tartan she provided. She sent along the following:
