403 Forbidden error (again)

I'm getting the dreaded '403 Forbidden' error again when trying to post with graphics (even emoticons). I can post plain text, but any graphics image causes a problem. If I want emoticons included, I have to edit the post.

I sent a PM recently and got the same error, so was unable to include emoticons for emphasis/humor when I sent it. (Can't edit a sent PM as you can with a post).


Running Windows 10, all updates; Firefox 122.0.1 (64-bit) all updates, Norton 360 (antivirus, etc. - possible culprit as it can mask my IP address, depending on settings).

I still get that every time I want to post a photo (even if using a URL from a hosting site). I've just resigned myself to the fact that I have to first post the text, then edit the post to add the pics. That seems to be the only workaround.

I have our hosting company working on this issue. So far they have had to edit the permissions within the code or "Whiteboarding" some issues.

Would everyone please check and see if they are still getting the 403 error since Saturday.
If so please send me an email with as much detail as you can about what happened.
