The pic is attached to the thread (exit to the forum level and you'll see a paper clip on the right).
To embed the image, you need to click on the 'Insert Image' button (on the post reply screen, second row, 4th group of buttons, 3rd button from the left).
The image I see is a little dark.It's hard to discern the tartan.
