Thank you chaps for your pictures and to Father Bill for his help with my pictures too! How many active members do we have on this website? Rather more than shown in this thread! Well alright, it is purely a voluntary picture contribution I grant you and I suspect more might also be having difficulty posting pictures too, but a few more pictures would be very welcome.

Glad I was able to improve your view of me...

And a big thank you to you Peter for your kind assistance in having this tartan woven as well as to Barbara Tewksbury for her fine work in producing the kilt for me.

As you're asking, I'm happy to oblige, old chap.
You see the front-row forwards of the Red Garter First XV.

Only one of the three is who he claims to be - the geriatric lounging louchely on a shooting-stick - the identities of the others is withheld for the safety and security of all concerned. Any similarity between the characters depicted and any living person is purely coincidental. Other parts are played by members of the public.
Or something like that.
Anyway, that's what they say in the movies when they want to protect the innocent.

But........BUT........ as seen in this thread and through the many thousands of other kilted pictures posted throughout the threads here on this splendid website, do demonstrate well, to many here, that all around the World those who wear the kilt in their own way, in their own time are to be applauded. Some take immense trouble to wear their kilt and attire in a traditional way. Others influenced by the climate and an undoubted enthusiasm choose a different style and fair enough. No one, who has been a member on this website for a while will be surprised that my choices are made from the more traditional style and I think for fairly obvious reasons, but, there is no escaping the fact wherever and however the kilt is worn throughout the world, many enjoy wearing the kilt and even more enjoy seeing the kilt being worn. Long may it last!
Keep posting those pictures!
