We had a party a few days ago, and I wore this. A bit simpler than some of the previous photos.

Also, as a note that getting quality does last, the following picture is of my wife and I dated on the back 1987. That is the same kilt and sporran. And I still use the same bonnet, hose and flashes now and again. Although I do have some extenders on the straps now.

I believe I have shrunk, as I seem to show a little less knee these days...

Know what you mean by shrinking, I’ve lost 1.5 inches due to age and back surgery. Last surgery they fused my lower four vertebrae.

    Curious physics going on here...

For me, the shrinkage occurs within the confine of the wardrobe, as a perfectly fitting kilt and jacket get put away with care after wearing, and then seem to shrink a size before the next outing. What's going on..?

I think it is all this climate change we're being told about, and strange atmospherics occur in enclosed spaces, like wardrobes. I can't think what else it might be.

To be honest, there was some shrinkage in the wardrobe on that kilt, at least widthwise. Not showing in the current picture are the "kilt extenders". I can't blame that on Global Warming though. Rather an increase in diet and age. But mostly diet...

Exactly so! As I said earlier, "blame the farmers": its all their fault, for producing all that food!

As seen on the back window on a very muddy and very obviously a farmers truck:-

"Don't complain about farmers with your mouth full."

It seems that they can't win!!!!

Odd, too, that none of them ever seem to shrink lengthwise. We need our best physicists on this immediately.
