Totally offtopic but Marton Mills has a really nice "fashion tartan" called Copper Haze that's clearly based on a version of the symmetrical Buchanan sett, both tartans are really nice. (Marton Mills made one of the pair of amber stripes green, along with some minor changes.)

If I was to get a High Viz kilt, that's probably the one I'd go with. But since I'm not getting one, I suppose my opinion doesn't matter :-)

I struggle to understand why anyone would actually want to wear this.
Is the kilt not a striking enough garment in its own right.
