    Some Photos at Last

    I have finally figured out how to get the photo thing to work, so here goes:


    Taken in the Peak District a couple of weeks ago.




    Taken at an event locally.

    As a technodunce, even I used to be able to post pictures on this website fairly easily, but after a couple of website techno-changes that have occurred over the years my ability to post pictures has failed me. Its a nuisance, but if I have a real need to post a picture, there are some very kind souls on this website, who help me to work around the problem.

    I use a picture upload service, https://picr.de. It is in German language. To use it, you have to register, but it is free and very easy to use. Just draw the picture, you want to upload into the yellow space and immediately after you can see a complete code. Copy this code into your message on XTMS and your photo is shown.

    Example:

    [img ]https://up.picr.de/48699859jv.jpg[/img]. To show you the code, it was necessary to make a space after img [img ]. If you remove the space to have it look like this: [img], the picture below is shown.


    The kilt is a Sport Kilt, 'Loch Ness' tartan. The picture is from Split, Croatia.
