aside...
As an aside, Victor McLaglen, who played Sgt. McChesney in "Gunga Din" really did serve in the British Army during the Boer War 1899-1902.
"Gunga Din" is just a fun movie to watch, and the uniforms were done well also. :mrgreen:
Check out another Kipling story made into a film, "Soldiers Three", which has a few kilts in it -- it's harder to find, though. I taped it off TV years ago.
