This is too late I know (only just logged on!), but I would have said that any supplier of Highland Dress worth their salt would have these in stock, although the straps are not necessarily listed, they usually have a few tucked under the counter!!!
As it happens, I can vouch for David's suggestion of Hector Russell as I picked up a couple of spares in their Princes Street branch whilst I was in Edinburgh last month. They were roughly £6.95 each (but not good quality leather!).
A few months back, I ordered two (one black, one brown) from a local saddler of high repute. Unusually for tight-fisted me, I didn't ask the price but, when I went to collect them a week later, I was horrified to be told the straps were £12.25 each They are of really top grade hide and it was my fault for not getting a quote when I placed the order, but I did manage to talk him down to £10.00 each. I'll not be going there again!!!
