New convert!!!!
Yesterday we had our yearly Members meeting at my church which I attended in kilt, since my wife now lets me go to all church functions in it. Afterwards one of our teenagers spoke to me wanting to know where I got my kilt.
Next week we will go to buy the cloth, then I will make him his first kilt! I have not felt so great for quite a while! No longer alone!!
Just wanting to let you know!

It's heartening when teenages show interest in the kilt.

That's excellent, Hermann!
I had a similar experience at a house party Saturday night. One of the younger male guests had a lot of questions about my kilt, and before too long he was talking about getting one for himself. I gave him a number of casual kiltmakers web addresses.

Hope for the future of MUGS. Don't recall a single disdainful kilt comment from a teenager that wasn't on probation.
The current younger generation seems to enjoy them.
Good for you!!

That we do, quite a few of my guy friends are interested(not to mention almost all my lady friends), but they're letting me get mine before any commitments on their parts.

Don't you just love being a trendsetter?
