    Did you get my order?

I put in an order for a philabeg in the Ramsay tartan, like we e-mailed back and forth about. I did it through the website and attached a short message about the shield. I paid for it through the Pay Pal link on your site

I haven't heard a confirmation back from you about the order, which now that it's been a few days, strikes me as odd.

    Did you get it?

    Alan

I haven't heard back on my order for a Hamilton Traditional either. I think Rocky and Kelly are backlogged right now and extremely busy making kilts.

    Sorry guys...

We did get both of your orders. We're trying to come up with a good way of sending a "confirmation email" without having to physically type it up evey time. Most times the paypal confirmation email is enough to suffice.

Right now we're at about a 5 week backorder. We had 2 AOH divisions and 3 weddings to do all at the same time AND we took a bunch of orders at the Mid Winter festival last weekend. We'll get to them as soon as we can! You can't work more than 7 days a week (believe me, if you could, Kelly and I would).

After seeing the a picture here, I was thinking about getting a trad. in the Ramsey tartan. Guess, I need to make up my mind and allow 6 , jonesing, weeks to have it for my birthday.

Or maybe I should go for the "Pharaoh tartan", since I tell people I am older than Moses!

    Rocky,
I don't know what email program you use, but you should be able to set up a rule, perhaps based on a word in the message, to automatically send a reply that the email has been receive.

Magnus Sporrano is in your area. He may be able to recommend specifics on this. It's just too long of a trip from Maine for me to do it.

    Good Luck!

Can I ask how mine is coming along, and where it is in the queue?

No worries, mate! Just keep stitching as fast as you can and take a day or two off each week. Enjoy the work!

It's not "work" if you really love it, right?

AOH stands for Ancient Order of Hibernians. It's an "Irish Brotherhood" for lack of a better term. Think of it like Rotary or Lions Club, but all Irish Catholics.

Avelonia... email me at rocky@usakilts.com and remind me what your real name is and I'll make sure your "up in the que".

I will talk to Magnus when I get a mintue to breathe.

We CAN'T take any days off right now... too many people would be disappointed. Luckily, I like doing what I'm doing and Kelly and I like each other's company.
